Group coaching

We’ve all experienced how challenging it can be to integrate our personal growth, learning and transformation into our hearth connections – our families, friendships and communities. In addition, in these times of extreme individualism, a fundamental part of our story (our people) is often excluded from the spaces and experiences we find most meaningful, creating divides that can, over time, become difficult to bridge.

Within the context of eco-conscious coaching, working in groups and sharing our learning within the circles most precious to us amplifies the impact of the choices we make when we align – together – with an ecological value system. It also gives us courage to act when we feel supported and understood, and have our people by our side.

I warmly invite you to gather your partner, your friends, your siblings, your children, your parents, your women’s groups, your neighbourhood or members of your community, and embark on a coaching journey together – nurturing connection over separation, and practicing the much-loved sentiment: together, we rise.  

My intention with these sessions is to support you, as a partnership or group, to give voice and form to your collective longing and create a framework that supports positive, earth-centered action for all.
